Single-Line Multi-Channel Flexible Stress Sensor Arrays

Flexible stress sensor arrays, comprising multiple flexible units, enable accurate quantification and analysis of spatial distribution. Nevertheless, the current implementation arrays faces challenge excessive signal wires, resulting in reduced deformability, stability, reliability, increased costs. The primary obstacle lies electric amplitude modulation nature unit’s (e.g., resistance capacitance), allowing only one per wire. To overcome this challenge, single-line multi-channel (SLMC) measurement has been developed, enabling simultaneous detection signals through or two which effectively reduces number thereby enhancing reliability.
